MyDietLens is a food journal, not a medical device. The calorie and nutrition values the AI returns are estimates. Talk to a doctor or dietitian about decisions that affect your health.

Accepting these terms

By downloading or using the MyDietLens app (the "App"), provided by Digitagram, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don't accept them, don't use the App.

The service

MyDietLens estimates calories and macros from meal photos or descriptions, calculates your daily targets, shows your food journal, streak, weight and activity, and suggests meals. We may change, add or remove features over time.

Not medical advice

• Nothing in the App is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, take medication or have a history of disordered eating, talk to a health professional before starting any diet.
• Calculated targets are based on general formulas and are not a clinical prescription.

AI estimates

Analyses and coach suggestions are generated by AI and can be wrong. You are responsible for checking portions, ingredients and nutrition values and correcting them where needed. The App cannot reliably detect allergens; if you have an allergy or food intolerance, always check the ingredients of any suggested meal yourself.

Your account

The App creates an anonymous account the first time you open it. To keep your records when you change devices, you can sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for the security of your device and sign-in account. You can delete your account from inside the App at any time.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription or scan credits.

• Purchases are made and charged through your App Store or Google Play account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on the App Store, or under Payments and subscriptions on Google Play. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are subject to Apple's and Google's refund policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App unlawfully, not to send photos containing other people's personal information, and not to try to bypass the App's security, reverse engineer it or overload the service with automated tools.

Intellectual property

The App's design, software, name and logo belong to Digitagram. We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. The meals and photos you enter belong to you.

Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from decisions based on the App's estimates or from interruptions to the service. This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

Termination

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. If you seriously breach these terms, we may suspend or close your account.

Additional terms for the App Store

If you downloaded the App from the App Store: these terms are between you and Digitagram, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the App's maintenance, support and any claims relating to it. If the App fails to conform to a warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for investigating any claim that the App infringes a third party's intellectual property rights. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, once you accept them, may enforce them against you. Where these terms are silent, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your rights under the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live as a consumer are not affected.

Changes

We may update these terms. We announce significant changes in the App or on this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
